Untrustworthy and Incompetent! I paid $106 for a "diagnostic," but my dashcam proved they barely looked at the car for 15 minutes. They misdiagnosed a front axle issue as a rear problem and tried to make me replace parts I didn’t need—including parts that were brand new, installed just a week ago. I took it to another shop, and they fixed the actual issue immediately at a fraction of the quoted price. Lonnie’s auto center they're either total scammers or completely incompetent technicians. To top it off, when I got my car back, the interior of the car smelled terrible.
